Central Government extends tenure of Technical Members of NCLAT

The Central Government has extended the tenure of eight Technical Members of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) for a period of five years from the date of their appointment or till they attain the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.

Members covered (as reported by Taxmann): Justice Shri Yogesh Khanna, Shri Ajai Das Mehrotra, Shri Arun Baroka, Justice Shri Sharad Kumar Sharma, Shri Jatindranath Swain, Shri Inderpal Pandey, Justice Shri N. Sesha Sayee, and Justice Shri Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan.
