GST state-wise collection September 2026: Assam jumps 88%, UP 18%; Tamil Nadu falls 5%

India’s gross GST collections rose 14.7% year-on-year to ₹2.04 lakh crore in September, but state-wise growth remained uneven. Assam and Manipur posted sharp increases, while Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Tamil Nadu recorded declines in domestic GST collections.
