Mumbai’s prime residential market continued to outperform global peers in Q2 2026, with prices rising 6.2% year-on-year, according to Knight Frank’s Prime Global Cities Index. The city ranked eighth globally, while Bengaluru and New Delhi also featured among the world’s top 20 markets with annual price growth of 4.5% and 3.9%, respectively.
