DIR-3 KYC pending — can we file AOC-4?

One director's DIN shows deactivated due to KYC. AGM is done. Will AOC-4 / MGT-7 get rejected?

Deactivated DIN often blocks DSC-based filings and form processing. Reactivate DIR-3 KYC (with fee if delayed) before uploading AOC-4/MGT-7. Keep OTP-accessible email/mobile ready. Also confirm the director is not disqualified under Section 164.
